- Legitimate interests: to keep the service secure, to prevent abuse, and to improve reliability.
- Consent: for optional communications such as product updates.
- Legal obligation: to meet tax, accounting, and other regulatory requirements.
3. Your rights as a data subject
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
- The right to rectification of inaccurate data.
- The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- The right to restrict or object to processing.
- The right to data portability.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
4. Submitting a data request
To exercise any of your rights, email privacy@fetly.co.uk from the address associated with your account. We will respond within 30 days.
5. Data retention
We retain your personal data for the duration of your active subscription and for 60 days after cancellation, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
6. Cross-border data transfers
Some of our subprocessors (for example our payment provider and messaging provider) operate outside the UK and EEA. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
